Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CryptoAML.ai, including the website, Telegram bots, and API (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
CryptoAML.ai provides automated AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk screening for cryptocurrency wallet addresses. The Service checks addresses against public sanctions lists (OFAC SDN, UN, UK, Australia and Switzerland), FATF typologies, and on-chain heuristics. Results are informational only and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of compliance.
CryptoAML.ai is not a VASP, MSB, CASP, or other licensed crypto-asset service provider. We do not custody, hold, receive, transmit, exchange, or transfer client crypto-assets or fiat. The Service is an informational screening tool only.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
- Use the Service to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any illegal activity.
- Share API keys with unauthorised third parties.
- Represent our screening results as a certified legal compliance opinion.
- Use screening results as an official component of another party's regulated AML compliance programme, KYC/KYT stack, or supervisory filing without a separate written agreement with us.
3. API Plan & Payments
API access is sold as Basic ($29 per 30 days, 500 checks, no OCR) or Premium ($79 per 30 days, 500 checks, OCR on supported networks). Payments are processed by third-party providers (Creem.io, Whop). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. Cancel any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
4. Accuracy Disclaimer
Screening results are best-effort outputs based on publicly available data and heuristic analysis. We make no warranty that results are complete, accurate, error-free, or up to date. Decisions you make from the results are your sole responsibility. The Service is one input among others, not a sole determination of risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoAML.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on screening results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. Where consumer law forbids a cap, that law controls for the protected consumer only.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and source code on CryptoAML.ai are owned by or licensed to us. Do not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
7. Termination
We suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or abuse the Service. Stop using the Service at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We update these Terms when needed. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
Governing law and the forum for disputes are not fixed yet. They will be named in these Terms when a legal entity for CryptoAML.ai is registered. Until then, no specific jurisdiction is claimed here. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
